1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8jili.com ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 8jili.com website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

4.4 Currency

11 Termination and Suspension

8jili.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Prolonged account inactivity;
• Request by regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any associated services. Any remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms, will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any applicable fees or charges.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any pending bonuses or promotional offers will be forfeited upon account closure.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 8jili.com reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
